Synopsis
"Fictional documentary about Joana Angélica, a conceptualist Franciscan who lived in Bahia between 1762 and 1822. During the struggle for Brazil's independence, Portuguese troops invaded the Convent of Lapa, believing that her brother, an inflamed patriot and political activist, was hiding there. In an attempt to prevent the breach of the cloister, Joana Angélica was wounded by bayonet blows, dying hours later. Pilot of a television series entitled "Historical Gesture".
