Synopsis
A bombing incident occurs at a high-end club in Yokohama. Detectives from the Yokohama Port Police Department, including Takayama and Ooshita, begin investigating the incident under the new head of the department, Fukamachi. Ooshita has a lead on the professional who made the bomb used in the bombing and conducts an independent investigation, sniffing out that the criminal group is attempting to kidnap the president of a certain bank. The plan is executed, but thanks to the efforts of Takayama and Ooshita, the group's aim is thwarted at least once. Eventually, it is revealed that a series of incidents are the work of a mysterious secret society called Bremen.
