Synopsis

Returning from an evening with a doctor friend, Françoise discovers the half-naked body of a man whom she has him installed in her house while waiting for him to regain consciousness. Meanwhile, Jérôme, her husband, is scratching his marriage in the arms of a mistress, Sylvie. Tormented by remorse, he decides to break up and wants to confess his fault to his wife. The latter is convinced, not of his infidelity, but of a robbery he would have committed at the same time, the man found unconscious having recognized his car. This leads to a misunderstanding of which Jérôme will discover he has been a victim of a machination...

Mood and atmosphere

Experience a hauntingly intimate exploration of human relationships, where the threads of desire and betrayal weave through the dimly lit corridors of a small, cozy home. This film captures the essence of loneliness and longing, encapsulated in a Parisian backdrop that oscillates between warmth and coldness, like the fleeting moments of a bittersweet romance. With its minimalistic aesthetic and a beautiful soundtrack, it evokes feelings of nostalgia and introspection, drawing you into the emotional turmoil of its characters. Perfect for a rainy evening, it invites reflection on identity, trust, and the delicate balance between love and remorse, leaving you with an aftertaste of melancholy and hope.
