Synopsis
Martín, son of a Spanish knight and a Panamanian mulatto, was born in Lima in 1579. With his father, already governor of Guayaquil, and a promising future within reach, he decides to enter the convent of Santo Domingo. There he becomes Fray Escoba, a nickname he receives for his obsession with sweeping and sweeping tirelessly, while laughing happily. Years go by, and to his amazement, Martín discovers how God uses him to perform miracles, while his fame and apostolic work spread throughout the country.
