Synopsis

Margit, the mother of Jancsi, has been living in Canada for twenty years, where, although she has started a family, she still cannot find her place. Nostalgic memories of her mother and her former love, Klári, overwhelm her, memories from which she cannot escape, but which exist only in her imagination. Her mother also lives in a world of her own making and waits for the invitation or return of her long-lost son. When this happens, the long-awaited meeting does not take place, and she continues to escape from memories and reality.
