Synopsis
The wise Mandarin is dissatisfied with the male politicians, as they are characterized, in his opinion, mainly by their tendency towards corruption. To do something, he advises two women to found their own party. They do as the Mandarin has instructed them and can actually gain the majority with their new party. However, the work does not progress, as they lack their own program. A major dispute arises, which the Mandarin wants to resolve. He calls all parties to him in the garden and calls for reason and reconciliation.
