Synopsis
A con artist, Kouviss, tries with the help of a brazen underworld type, Dimis, to set up a race at the racetrack, blackmailing a jockey, with no success. After Kouviss's murder, Dimis forces the dead man's wife, Mara, as well as her lover, Peter, to help him in a new scheme, the robbery of the racetrack.
